Returns

 

Every Delehag print is produced to order.

We hope you love your purchase. If you wish to return an item, please contact us at sales@delehag.store within 14 days of receiving your order.

For eligible returns, you have a further 14 days to send the item back. Prints must be returned in their original condition, carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide the appropriate return address.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@delehag.store.

Include your order number and photographs of the item and its packaging.

We will arrange a replacement or refund, as appropriate, at no additional cost to you.

 

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process any refund due to your original payment method.

For eligible cancellations, refunds include the original standard delivery charge where required by law. Additional charges for express delivery are not refundable.

Refunds are normally processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or satisfactory evidence that it has been sent back.

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to credit your account.

 

Custom Orders

Personalised prints or products made to your individual specifications cannot normally be returned for a change of mind.

This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
