2. Products
All artwork and designs sold through DELEHAG.store are created by DELEHAG unless otherwise stated.
Our prints are produced to order through professional printing partners.
We make every effort to represent our products accurately. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, printing processes and materials.
Product dimensions, specifications and framing options are provided on the relevant product pages.
3. Orders & Payments
All prices are displayed in the currency shown on our website.
Shipping costs and any applicable taxes are calculated or displayed at checkout.
Payment must be completed before an order is processed.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders where there has been a genuine pricing error, suspected fraud or product unavailability.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund.
4. Production & Delivery
Our products are printed to order through a global network of production facilities.
Estimated delivery times are provided on our Shipping page. These estimates are not guaranteed, and delivery times may vary depending on the product and destination.
We are responsible for delivering your order in accordance with applicable consumer law.
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. Where these are not included at checkout, they may be payable by the customer.

Our prints are sold as physical artworks.
Customers may display, gift or resell their purchased prints. However, purchasing a print does not grant permission to reproduce the artwork or use its imagery for commercial purposes.
